NO.1 strapped /str?pt/手頭緊
“手頭緊”與hand“手”和head“頭”都沒有關(guān)系，它的意思是“拮據(jù)的，缺錢的”，英語中可以用strapped來表示 。
例句：
Tom was fired and he’s a bit strapped.
湯姆被解雇了，現(xiàn)在手頭有點(diǎn)緊 。
A: Could you lend me 200 yuan? I’m strapped recently.
